Since we are unbelievably broke this year, Trey cut down a pine tree while at work to bring home. Too bad he didn't think to measure it first. It curved against the ceiling!

Trey cut it down, and we set it up, but now it looks so... ghetto...lol
We couldn't find our Christmas ornaments, and only enough lights to cover half the tree, but thankfully a huge bag of ornaments and lights magically appeared on my living room floor the next day. (Thanks, Jules!)
I made a wreath last year, and it made it through the move, somehow.
My happy little Casey. He doesn't care what the tree looks like, so neither do I. (Too bad I can't get the kid to keep his clothes on.)
Well, there ya go. Our comical Christmas tree.

From the picture message you sent, the tree looked a lot punier than in these. The tree really isn't that bad, Rachel. Just awkward looking, lol.

That's one big tree. I agree, I like the picture of your husband just staring at it. I think the tree looks great!
